Different Aspects of Teaching

These articles were very interesting. I really related with the article that discussed how to survive as a first year teacher. I thought it was interesting how it talked about how scaffolding the person until they reached an understanding and you take away those supports slowly. I also agree with the mentoring. I think that is an essential to first year teachers to have a mentor and I hope when I get out there I can find a good mentor. Then hopefully I could become a mentor to other first year teachers at some point.

  1. I am happy to learn that our neighboring states are kind for the switch of the teacher certificate fro the different state! Fist few years are the most difficult to survive for the novice teachers--so mentorship, supportive administration, and resources availability are very helpful tips to get in the track!
I would love to hear more reflection for these articles!!
